Bedside Beauty | Winter Edition

Its time for another bedside beauty post. I always have my go to beauty products on standby on my bedside table along side my other necessities aka my phone. And with each season the products definitely change up to suit my different skins needs. For example in the summer I will guaranteed have a bottle of aftersun at my bedside because I fry like and egg in the heat!

Lush Charity Pot
This is the first and only moisturiser Ive tried from Lush and I love it! By buying this moisturiser you are supporting different causes and the one I specifically have is for the Calais Migrant Solidarity. I bought this for myself a few months ago but it wasn't until recently that I started to use it. It has a very powdery fresh scent and its super moisturising which is ideal for winter skin and a little bit goes a long way so personally I think its worth the price.

Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub
This little lip scrub is always beside me. I get really dry and chapped lips all the time and I hate it. This scrub tastes and smells amazing but you can definitely make your own scrub out of sugar and  olive oil that works just as good and its a fraction of the price!

Burt's Bees Ultra Conditioning lip balm
I get really dry and chapped lips throughout the whole year but it gets a lot worse naturally in the winter time and Ive never been impressed with any lip balm enough to repurchase it. However, Burts Bees is a brand that I would always repurchase from. This is better by a mile than any other lip balms Ive tried and it repairs your lips in the matter of hours and its of course 100% natural. Ive owned the Pomegranate one in the past and I used up every little bit of it which is rare for me.

Coconut Oil
This is a skin saviour year round! I use coconut oil for pretty much everything and I usually have it on my bedside table but its gone walkabouts and I cant find it anywhere. But recently before I misplaced it I'd been applying it on my lashes and eyebrows to try and grow them out and make them thicker. So before bed I will rub a little amount over my eye area to allow the coconut oil to really soak into my skin and do its magic. It definitely helps to grow your brow out...not sure about my lashes yet though. The coconut oil I buy is a cold pressed, raw 100% virgin one by Aldi.
