My Spring Scent | Gucci 'Bloom' eau de parfum

So maybe you've noticed Ive been away from my blog for a while (well over a month now) but I am back! I took an unintentional and unplanned break away from blogging over the month of February. Ive been struggling for a few months to find inspiration and motivation to blog even though blogging is one of my favourite things to do. I think everyone goes through this stage of feeling uninspired every now and then in any part of your life and as a blogger its quite easy to feel that way. But Im back now! :)

The Gucci Bloom eau de parfum has got to be my favourite Christmas present from last year so thank you so much Mum & Dad for listening to my not so subtle hints since it was released a few months ago. I am such a sucker for floral scents and anything Gucci. If I was rolling in money or won the lottery one of the first thing I would do is buy myself a Gucci handbag (or three) and deck my wardrobe out in everything Gucci. Ahh just imagine how much of a dreamy wardrobe that would be! Anyway, onto the perfume...

It has heart notes of jasmine bud and base notes of natural tuberose so its a really floral scent. The description of this fragrance on John Lewis completely sums it up, it has "notes of natural tuberose and Jasmine leave an unexpectedly rich white floral scent on the skin. Rangoon Creeper, a plant that changes colour when it blooms, infuses a powdery, floral edge." Its a long-lasting scent so you don't have to worry about reapplying it throughout the day and a little bit goes a long way!

It comes in a very pretty millennial blush pink bottle and it comes in the classic Gucci red, floral printed box. I keep the bottle on my dressing table and it looks so pretty and matches my bedroom perfectly. Its like it was designed for my room! It also makes lovely Instagram posts just FYI.

It is a pricey fragrance but thats obviously expected because it is a Gucci perfume. A 50ml bottle will cost you £67 but its totally worth it if you ask me. It would make such a nice gift for someone who loves their perfumes and floral scents.

Overall I give this fragrance a massive thumbs up and I know its already one of my all time favourite scents. Have you given this perfume a sniff?
