Ibiza Travel Diary | 2018

I spent the last week of June in Ibiza with my family having a well deserved holiday and oh my goodness! Ibiza is STUNNING. The water is crystal clear, theres mountains and beautiful beaches. Theres something so perfect about the Balearic Islands and Ive been to Mallorca before and instantly fell in love with it and it was the same with Ibiza. I cant wait to go back someday (soon hopefully).

So, we stayed at Hotel Presidente which was less than a 2 minute walk down a steep hill to the beach in the small cove village of Portinatx which is the most northern bay in Ibiza. The weather was beautiful and its the first place Ive ever been to where the sea water was warm! The weather was around 30 degrees everyday which was too hot sometimes and TMI I was sweating in places I didnt know I could sweat! The hotel was such good value for money and the staff were lovely. Every night we had amazing views of the sunsets overt the harbour from the hotel bar.

Portinax itself is a small hippy village with a beautiful cove beach where you can hire boats, pedalo boats and paddle boards. I really wanted to go paddle boarding but I wasnt well enough to do it but my dad and sister went and they said it was amazing. The sea water was so clear you could see all of the fish swimming around your feet. I got over my fear of swimming with fish and I am so proud of myself *taps myself on the back*!

Anyways, Ive chosen some of my favourite photos from our holiday to share with you all. Enjoy!

I hope you enjoyed these photos. I love travel diaries so much so if you have any please leave the link to them in the comments below.

    1. Its so so beautiful. I would definitely add it to your bucket list if I were you x

  2. Such pretty photos! I went to Ibiza with my girl friends after we finished a levels, and one thing I love about the place is that obviously it's known as a party island, but there are so many quiet, and beautiful spots, that it makes for the perfect chill out holiday too. You've definitely captured that side of the island in your photos! x
