Spring Skincare Favourites

Im finally happy with my skincare routine. It rare that I actually find a routine that I like and enjoy doing so its the perfect time to do a blog post all about it.

Sukin Oil Balancing Charcoal gel cleanser and moisturiser
I bought this a few weeks ago because my skin was breaking out like mad! My skin hadn't been that bad since I was a teenager and it was getting me down. I wanted a natural cleanser and moisturiser to try and control those breakouts. They come in a bottle with pumps so its very convenient. Ive been consistent with using this cleanser and moisturiser and my skin has finally cleared up. Its still not perfect but its miles better than it was. The only downside about this range is the smell. It smells really earthy and natural and its not my favourite but you get used to it after a while.

Superdrug Vitamin E serum
I love this line from Superdrug. I had been using the daytime moisturiser throughout the winter and it did an amazing job alongside this serum to keep my skin hydrated. Its the first serum Ive ever tried and I have fallen in love with how it makes me skin look and feel. Vitamin E is really good for brightening the skin, shields the skin from environmental damage and the other ingredients promote skin cell renewal. I cant go without it now and its CF, Vegan and only £3.99.

Origins Ginzing eye cream
I bought this eye cream a while ago after seeing so many people raving about it online. Its a good eye cream but its not my favourite so Im just trying to use it up. One great thing I would have to say about this cream is that it does brighten your eye area but my dark circles are so bad that its not strong enough. If you have any recommendations for some good, natural eye creams for dark circles please let me know.

Mario Badescu Rosewater facial spray
I love this facial spray so much! When I first bought it though it was a very different story. I didn't notice it doing anything good for my skin but it turns out I just wasn't using enough of it. Now I use about 4-5 sprays all over my face after cleansing and then I wait for it to soak in before moving on with the rest of my skincare.

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion
This drying lotion has been a favourite of mine for years now. I think this is my third bottle! I remember when Kylie Jenner spoke about how much she loves this spot treatment and the world went mad for it. Well rightly so because its a bloody good spot treatment. You put it on before bed onto and spot and when you wake up in the morning the spot will be less red and it gets rid of whiteheads.

Jojoba oil
Before I tried jojoba oil I was using almond oil  (which is great btw) but I wanted to switch to an oil that is even lighter and closer to our skins natural oils. After doing some research I decided to go with jojoba oil because its one of the most similar oils to the natural oils we produce so it will absorb quickly, not clog pores and its great for oily skin types like mine. I dont use oil everyday because I find it to be too much sometimes but when I do use it I always apply some before bed and really massage my face with it and its so relaxing.

What products have you been using this Spring so far? Have you tried any of these products before?
